These Terms and Conditions govern your use of runhousecreations.com and purchases from Runhouse Creations. By using the site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or purchase a product.
1. Store and eligibility
Runhouse Creations sells downloadable digital products. You must be at least 18 years old, or have the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order. You are responsible for providing accurate account, billing, and contact information and for safeguarding your login credentials.
2. Products and order acceptance
Product descriptions, previews, included files, compatibility notes, and exclusions are part of the offer. Please review them before purchasing. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of an order; it does not guarantee acceptance. We may cancel or refund an order affected by suspected fraud, a pricing or technical error, unavailable files, prohibited use, or other legitimate business reason.
3. Prices, taxes, and payment
Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change before purchase. Applicable taxes and payment charges, if any, are shown or calculated at checkout. Payment must be authorized and completed before files are delivered. Third-party payment providers process payment information under their own terms and privacy notices.
4. Digital delivery
Digital products are delivered electronically after successful payment, normally through an order confirmation, download link, or customer account. Delivery timing, file formats, device requirements, and troubleshooting steps are described in our Digital Delivery and Download Policy.
5. License
Unless a product listing expressly states otherwise, each purchase grants the purchaser a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal or household use only. Ownership and intellectual-property rights do not transfer. The complete permitted and prohibited uses appear in our License Terms, which are incorporated into these terms.
6. Prohibited uses
You may not resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, publish, upload, copy for others, make available through a shared drive or membership, claim authorship of, or use a product as private-label or master-resale-rights content. You may not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, misuse checkout or downloads, introduce malicious code, scrape content, or use the site or products unlawfully.
7. Intellectual property
The site, branding, original text, layouts, graphics, downloads, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Runhouse Creations and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party names, software, fonts, stock assets, and services remain the property of their respective owners. No rights are granted except the limited license stated for the purchased product.
8. Reviews and submitted content
If you submit a review, testimonial, image, suggestion, or other content, you confirm that you have the right to submit it, that it is truthful and lawful, and that it does not disclose another person’s private information. You grant Runhouse Creations a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and use that content in connection with the store, subject to applicable law. We may remove content that is unlawful, misleading, abusive, infringing, or unrelated.
9. Refunds and support
Because digital files can be accessed immediately, refunds are limited as described in the Digital Product Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot legally be waived. For a file problem, duplicate charge, missing delivery, or other order issue, contact us promptly through the Contact and Support page.
10. Informational products and results
Products are offered for general informational, organizational, or creative purposes. They are not individualized legal, medical, financial, tax, safety, or other professional advice. Results depend on the purchaser’s circumstances and use; no specific outcome, savings, income, or result is guaranteed. Additional details appear in the Disclaimer.
11. Third-party services and links
The site may rely on or link to third-party services, including hosting, payments, analytics, fonts, stock-media providers, and external resources. We do not control third-party availability, content, terms, privacy practices, or security. Use of those services may be governed by separate terms.
12. Site availability and changes
We may update products, correct errors, change prices, suspend downloads, or modify or discontinue site features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We will use reasonable efforts to help with legitimate delivery problems affecting a completed order.
13. Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and products are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, or a particular result. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
14. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Runhouse Creations will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, opportunities, or business arising from the site or products. For any claim that cannot be excluded, total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.
15. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold Runhouse Creations harmless from third-party claims, losses, or expenses arising from your unlawful use, unauthorized distribution, infringement of another person’s rights, or material breach of these terms.
16. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise. Before filing a claim, please contact us so we can attempt to resolve the issue informally. Any dispute not resolved informally will be brought in a court with lawful jurisdiction in Ohio, unless applicable consumer law requires another forum.
17. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when products, services, or legal requirements change. The effective date will be revised when changes are posted. Changes apply prospectively unless applicable law requires otherwise.
18. General terms
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These terms, together with the policies referenced here and the applicable product listing, form the agreement regarding your use and purchase.
